Milestone!

Sierra has reached an important developmental milestone--today she had her first tantrum! I didn't recognize it right away, because she had legitimate gripes (I had just taken her from a bunch of fun new toys and attentive people to go outside in the usual ridiculous winter wear for kids). It was very frustrating at first, but I eventually got it through my head that she really wasn't in control anymore, and was probably freaking out about that. Instant patience booster; made our work to get her back on an even keel much more productive.
